We love your pets!
No pet deposits here! Just a small monthly pet fee of $25. There is a short restricted breed list though; please call for more information.

Merrick Place Apartments plans social events throughout the year for the residents to enjoy like our Holiday Party and Oktoberfest. Check out the Events page to see what's coming up! The Merrick Inn restaurant & bar is a great place to meet your neighbors and enjoy a night out. Check out their nightly specials for great food and great company!

     Merrick Place Library!

    Our New Merrick Place Library continues grow. You can find donated books and recent magazines in the residents computer room in the Clubhouse. Simply bring in your unwanted books and recent magazines and exchange for a book you would like to read. Start your spring cleaning early this year and bring in some books and magazines for your fellow neighbors to enjoy!
