MAY IS RESIDENT APPRECIATION MONTH 

Friday May 4th, Run for the Roses- The Kentucky Derby is Saturday May 5th, so pick your horses and see if you can win a reduction in rent for one month! Stop by the office and fill out the entry form. Whoever picks the correct order for win, place, show- WINS!! Be sure to stop by before the office closes on Friday, May 4th by 6pm.

Friday May 11th, Mother's Day Flowers- Stop by the office and pick up your plantable flower! The flowers are for any Merrick Place resident, not only just mothers. However, we strongly encourage everyone to call or spend time with your mothers and thank them for everything they have done. Thanks Mom!

Friday May 18th, Friday Flicks-We have teamed up with Insight to create a basket of goodies for a night of movie watching including certificates for FREE On Demand Movies and munchies to accompany the flick of your choice!

Friday May 25th, Wine and Cheese Happy Hour- We will be hosting a Happy Hour to end the month to celebrate our incredible residents here at Merrick Place! Please join us and your neighbors, at the Clubhouse from 5-7pm for a good time! We hope to see everyone there!

Merrick Place Library!

Our New Merrick Place Library continues grow. You can find donated books and recent magazines in the residents computer room in the Clubhouse. Simply bring in your unwanted books and recent magazines and exchange for a book you would like to read. Start your spring cleaning early this year and bring in some books and magazines for your fellow neighbors to enjoy!
